Careers

Interesting and meaningful work. Flexible hours. Competitive remuneration. Positive workplace culture. These are just some of the benefits of joining the National Judicial Institute, a world leader in judicial professional development.

The Institute, Canada’s primary provider of judicial education, designs and delivers innovative programs and resources to the 2,600-plus members of the Canadian judiciary. A non-profit, independent organization, the NJI consists of a small but versatile team of approximately 70 employees—from counsel and meeting planners to professionals in communications, translation, human resources, finance, information management, and IT.

Our team is deeply committed—passionate, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Together with members of the Canadian judiciary, we work towards the NJI’s mission of “building better justice through leadership in Judicial education.”
